Toronto’s criminal courts
Ontario Court of Justice adult criminal matters are centralized at 10 Armoury Street; Superior Court criminal matters may proceed at 361 University Avenue.
All Criminal Code and most other federal charges begin in the Ontario Court of Justice. Some matters later proceed in the Superior Court of Justice. Always follow the courthouse, room, time, and attendance method shown on the most recent official document.
Criminal Court and Provincial Offences Are Different
Provincial-offence tickets use separate Toronto court locations and procedures. Do not assume the criminal courthouse address applies to a ticket; follow the location printed on the notice.
